You may find that one of the products from 37 Signals such as Basecamp is worth looking at.

http://www.37signals.com/

They have 5 different products and well worth a look.

If you Google it you will also come across some from other in the Adverts.

By the way very interested to hear of your travails etc moving to Zimbra. I have been considering it but now need to keep in mind your comments.

Hi Adrian

I didnt get to go thru how its going with you last week, hopefully touch base sometime soon.

In case you're not at the moment, please can I suggest you join your local LUG, and also post any questions re software/help/experiences to that also. I dont know the situation in Staffs, but know the Shropshire LUG is going well (I know their Lugmaster quite well). The Wolves LUG is very strong with Jono Bacon (now Ubuntu Community UUbermeister), a strong component. Shouldnt also forget my LUG the Herefordshire LUG, we're open to Linux fans outside of the county too!

It actually looks like it's already localized to English. See https://phppunchmachine.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/phppunchmachine/lang/en.inc.php . There haven't been any releases, and it's marked alpha, but you can try check it out of svn (http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=180723) and try to work out the kinks. It's probably less work than a rewrite.
