My first day at Mercian Labels on 19 February 2001

On 19 February 2001 I joined Mercian Labels as the “MD designate”.  Looking back at 10 fantastic years of learning, growth, team building, innovation, mistakes, triumphs and successes, I’ve loved (almost!) every minute of it and am really proud of the talents of the people I work with at the Mercian Labels Group.

The picture above is of me on my first day – apparently my dress sense hasnt improved much since then but our working environment certainly has!
