30 of the 80 potted seedings of the hot thai variety growing nicely
Last week I potted out the 80 seedlings ready for a bumper harvest of chillies this summer. There is some friendly banter with other labelling companies on Twitter who fancy themselves as growers tot – does anybody else who reads this blog grow anything interesting?

Hi, Adrian. I live in Tucson, Arizona, not too terribly far (as distances go in the southwestern U.S.) from Hatch, New Mexico, the self-proclaimed “Chile Capital of the World.”
In this part of the U.S. you’ll see primarily the spelling “chile” for the pepper and “chili” for the stew in which the pepper is a main ingredient. They’re somewhat interchangeable. But what you’ll never see is “chilli.” Is that spelling common in the U.K.?
