assist in dispensing self adhesive labels
Do you have difficulty in dispensing labels and are
looking for a cost effective solution to make the job
easier? Mercian Labels can help you to apply your labels
more easily with one of our popular label dispensers.
Our label dispenser model is available in 2 sizes,
for rolls of up to 80mm wide (red) and upto 150mm wide
(black). The maximum reel diameter for both sizes is
190mm (please check to make sure your label rolls will
fit!)
Both models are manually operated by pulling the liner
paper to accurately dispense labels that can easily
be picked up on the fingertips from the special wire
wrapped dispensing bar.
Special feature on our label dispensers
All our label dispensers incorporate a
movable white separator guide that allows any label
roll width to fit snugly into place. This ensures that
you dont get time consuming blockages when the label
reel slides from side to side.

The dispensers are made of painted steel plate with
hard wearing rollers for longevity. Label rolls are
held in place by a 40mm diamter roller suitable for
holding the most common core sizes, (44mm and 76mm cores).
Our label dispensers also feature "keyhole"
holes so that you can securely screw the dispenser to
a table or wall mounting using suitable screws (not
supplied)
