a supplier for a wine label, on calling Mercian I

"We are a small business, and we found Mercian
Labels on the Internet. We needed a fast turnaround
and also had a special requirement for the actual
material. I telephoned the sales desk and spoke to
Claire, who immediately identified the type of material
from a brief description and a sample arrived next
morning which was exactly right for us. The order
was placed by us without fuss by email, artwork sent
and approvals returned to us within hours. Once confirmed,
we were quote 4 to 5 days but in fact, our order turned
up way ahead of schedule, all in tip top
order. So, what else can I say? Spot on.!"

We were all virtually bankrupt and contemplating
